Potomac, Maryland – Ideal Realty Group announces the sale of The Reserve at Stonegate, a 220-unit class “A” garden-style rental community in Woodlawn, Maryland for an undisclosed amount.
Built in 2005, The Reserve consists of three-story garden style buildings on 21.22 acres with average unit size of 988 square feet. The buildings consist of controlled access entry, carpeted and heated common areas with mail centers and freshly painted stairwells with chair railings. The property offers a wealth of open space including clubhouse with fitness center, business services, video library, playground, pet walking areas and pool with sundeck. In unit amenities include stackable washer and dryer, white GE appliances to include spacemaker microwave, icemaker in refrigerator, ceilings fans in separate dining area, breakfast bar for kitchen, large closet areas, six panel doors, full sprinkler systems and either patio or balcony.
The Seller was an entity controlled by the New Jersey-based Empire Group.

The Purchaser consists of a group of investors that include the Rockville, Maryland-based Stellar Advisors. At the time of the closing, the property had a vacancy rate of above 10%.
