Scott Casselman joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Ideal Realty Group (CBC/IRG) in the beginning of 2004. In his role, he specializes in the brokerage of multi-family properties in the greater Washington, DC MSA and mid-Atlantic region. Scott also serves as the Northeast Regional Director for Coldwell Banker Commercial’s Multifamily Group. Scott has participated in the disposition of over 15,000 apartment units with an aggregate value exceeding $1.25 billion.
Scott is involved in all aspects of multifamily brokerage and was involved in the sale of the highest price-per-unit 1960’s high-rise in the Baltimore region. Scott specializes in value-add market rate assets, as well as affordable housing and mixed-use developments.
Mr. Casselman started his career with Ernst & Young as a Senior Consultant in the Consulting Practice and worked with two private Venture Capital firms thereafter.
Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. Scott lives in Maryland with his wife and three daughters.
