Allen Manesh
President
Allen Manesh established Ideal Realty Group (IRG) in 1977. In 1996, Allen changed the direction of the company to concentrate exclusively on multifamily apartment sales. From 1996 to the present, he has been involved in apartment/investment transactions in Maryland, Delaware, Virginia and Washington, D.C. He has participated in over 100 apartment transactions totaling over 20,000 units with an aggregate value exceeding $1.8 billion. Allen has been involved in the sale of some of the largest high-rise and garden apartment communities in the Washington/ Baltimore region. He recognizes the importance of maintaining a competitive advantage and works constantly to improve the company and to provide better service to its clients.

Founded the Multifamily Monitor to deliver concise, timely, and informative articles and issues.
Assembled a team of 14 professionals to assist him in gathering property data, sales and rent comps, market data (information on job growth, current trends, etc.), and research issues affecting the multifamily industry such as mold, affordable housing, finance, etc.
Delivers by far the best Offering presentations in the multifamily industry in order to help purchasers provide the most complete and comprehensive data to their lenders.

Cameron Manesh
Vice President
Cameron Manesh joined his father, Allen Manesh, and Ideal Realty Group in 1997. As a native Washington, DC resident of 30 years, Cameron has cultivating his multifamily brokerage skills, including: financial underwriting, asset repositioning and creative sales and marketing strategies. Cameron’s direct apartment sales involvement includes over 18,000 apartment units totaling over $1.2 billion in the mid-Atlantic region.
Cameron specializes in brokerage advisory services and acquisition/disposition procurement. His leadership skills compliment Allen’s 30+ year tenure at IRG. Ideal Realty Group will continue to grow under Cameron’s watchful eyes.
Prior to IRG, Cameron founded an internet café startup at the age of 20. Cameron was instrumental in setting up Cameron’s Seafood Market franchising, a family-owned business Allen started in 1985. Cameron’s latest high-tech startup involving social savings platform for banks.
With backgrounds in financial underwriting and social media marketing, Cameron has advised IRG and apartment owners with leading online marketing strategies.
Cameron has Bachelors of Science in Finance from the University of Maryland.
